Well, it's been a long time...

I haven't "blogged" in a while, mostly because I kept thinking that I would update the page with some cute Christmas "blogwear" and then post Christmas stuff. Then I thought that about Valentine's Day. But the blog header has not been updated, which really doesn't matter. I'd rather keep track of what my kiddos are doing than worrying about that. And maybe someday I'll get around to updating the header.

I have a feeling no one cares but me.

Anyway, Davis had the flu last week. Our first flu in the family! Luckily, he got over it fairly quickly and easily. His fever spiked pretty high a few times, but now all is well and no one else seems to be coming down with it. Whew!

Hopefully now we can just enjoy the beautiful spring-like weather we've started having. I really love the fall, but have to say that with kids, spring has taken on a whole new life. It is fantastic to get out and enjoy it with them. I think my old dislike of spring goes back a million years to working in tax and having the tax season doldrums. This life is much better!
